How does it work?
• Setup your rent 🏠on the Splitkaro app with your flatmates 👯♂️ • All flatmates pay their share of rent on the Splitkaro app for the month. Once everyone pays, we transfer the total amount 💰to the landlord 👨🏻🦱 • 👆🏻One lucky group will be selected every month and we will pay their rent for the next month 🤑 • Rent should be split between a minimum of 2 flatmates 👭 • The rent amount awarded will be max capped up to ₹15,000 per month • The results will be announced on 1st of every month starting from 1st February, 2023 💁🏻♀️ • There is no capping on how many times a group can win 👀
Terms & Conditions
• The winner needs to share their rental agreement and last 3 months' rental slips OR rent transaction details with us for verification. • If a winner fails to share these documents, then the reward will not be honored. • If a winner is found to commit any malpractice on the app or while sharing (fake) documents then the winner will not be honored with the reward. • Rewards will be paid out in the next month’s rent to the landlord’s account/UPI Id as per the rent setup configuration done earlier by the winner on the Splitkaro app. • If the winner's rent is greater than ₹15,000, Splitkaro will be added as a flatmate in the next month’s rent bill with a share of ₹15,000. The remaining amount will be split among the flatmates. Once everyone pays their share on the Splitkaro app, the total rent amount will be paid out to the landlord's account/UPI Id. Splitting and payout will be done as per the rent setup configuration done earlier by the winner. All decisions taken by the Splitkaro team are final.
