It depends on the job. For what your own team spends, Splitkaro Business is a shared cashbook with bill photos and staff payments, which the khata apps do not do. For getting customer udhaar back, OkCredit does the same work as Khatabook, with automatic SMS reminders and WhatsApp payment links.
