Splid runs a group with no account at all and no sync, converts more than 150 currencies, and exports a formatted PDF or Excel summary. Splitkaro also works offline and syncs when you are back online, and exports group data as CSV, but it does ask you to sign in, because the chat, the sync and the automatic SMS import all need an account to attach to.
